Dreams - Shrewsbury

We received courteous, informative, and really useful service from Wes in the Shrewsbury store. Whilst we actually went in for one specific thing whilst there we were introduced to other items that we then chose to purchase. He also went above and beyond to help us to find the double bed we needed in the short timescale we had to source one. The whole experience was extremely good and we would definitely recommend and use Dreams again. This was our first experience of the store and it couldnt have been better.

Visited the Shrewsbury Store with our daughter and son-in-law as they are purchasing their 1st home and want a new bed. Whilst in store my husband and I tried the Sleepmatch as we both suffer from aches. The Sales Assistants showed us which beds we matched with which we tried and found a mattress that felt like lying on a cloud. We spoke to lovely Store Assistant who was very informative regarding the mattress, even though we were only there for our daughter and not to purchase a product ourselves. You can find some stores where the Sale Assistants are pushy or don't have time for non-customers but in Dreams they were lovely and had time for us even knowing we weren't intending on purchasing. We would like to say a very well done to the staff at the store as we ended up purchasing a Tempur mattress for ourselves whereas if we felt they were being pushy or had ignored us as we weren't intending on purchasing then they would not of got a sale. We were so happy with the information provided and the staff. What a great team you have at Dreams in Shrewsbury. Well done.
