I have visited the store 3 times now to look for a bed for my new house. Adam the salesman was very knowledgeable and patient, offering advice and assistance on all three visits. He offered us cold drinks and made the experience a pleasant one. He definitely deserves a mention (Sundorne Shrewsbury Branch). I will definitely return to purchase other items when my new house is ready

We had previously visited another well known store to purchase a mattress but there was no service to us at all so the comparison with the customer care outstanding in comparison!!

We weren't pushed towards the more expensive mattresses which is common elsewhere, although we did purchase a very expensive mattress in the end. Assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly. Social distancing and other guidelines were met during our visit. Very good experience!
