My husband and I had been to the shop before and were pleased that the standards were still high. we were helped by the assistant to find what we asked for then he ordered the bed frame for us, even gave us a bottle of water!! shopping complete

David was excellent. He guided us through the process of buying the right mattress for us followed by a suitable bed. He product knowledge was fantastic and it seemed he genuinely wanted us to make a purchase that was right for us and not just for the sale. We had no idea what we were looking for and even if we were going to buy today but we are very pleased with our chosen products and we look forward to them arriving.

The gentleman who served us (Adam) was incredibly helpful both with choosing the product and helping us get the best price. He was friendly and we really felt he knew the products and could recommend based on knowledge and experience.
