I was greeted by David and the store entrance in a warm but non patronising manner. He proceeded to provide me with the information I needed to place and order of not insignificant monetary value. He got on with the job which I like but also engaged in friendly banter which I initiated.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Looked after our needs and explained things well. Have us ideas and helped solve problems. Our sales assistant, Wes at the Shrewsbury branch was fantastic

It was busy at the time we went, there was social distancing and the person who served us was dealing with a number of customers at once yet was very, very good. He was professional, knowledgable and had excellent customer service skills. We went for a coffee to discuss spending a lot of money on a new mattress and then returned to buy it. The same person (Adam) dealt with the purchase and again was excellent. As someone who delivers customer service training as part of my job I was extremely impressed 😊

Store person who helped us was very patient and thorough with helping us , he was knowledgable when we queried something and friendly manner and remembered us on our second visit back to the store the next day .
