Salesman had lots of patience, gave us time to chat alone to reach our decision. Happy with delivery time given. Even had a drink, great service. Will wait for our mattress to arrive and see how we get on with it.

Very attentive staff, without being pushy - very good at gauging the situation and state of conversion/deliberation before stepping back in. Did not overload with information in one go. Excelleng choice of products compared to nearby competitor. Products also available for delivery on very good time, which was surprising.
