I was helped by a woman called Charlotte who immediately showed me to the machine which tells me what type of mattress I was best suited to and then took me round all of the results and then placed my order, I was in the shop for around 15 minutes max and the whole thing was extremely painless and easy

we have been into store a couple of times ahead of the purchase. My wife is disabled and has a degenerative spinal condition and so we needed to make the right choice - on previous visits we never felt pressured into an early decision and we did promise Wesley and Shrewsbury we would when we were ready pop in and buy from him - which we did
