During these difficult times of the Covid-19 Pandemic I was not feeling at ease about shopping face to face. My visit to Dreams Shrewsbury was excellent; I was pur at ease by Charlotte and thoroughly enjoyed my experience and the anxiety was eased. I felt listened to, I felt that the available options was discussed clearly and fairly and I felt very comfortable about my decision making, the time I was given to try products and overall highly satisfied, thank you.

We only really intended to pop in and have a look at what is available etc. Your store was quiet when we arrived. Charlotte your sales person greeted us straight away and was friendly and professional. Charlotte answered all our questions with confidence and was very helpful. Having come from a sales background I was impressed. She made our experience fun and although we were on a fairly tight schedule Charlotte took us through the full process including your computerised bed tester. I need say no more, we bought the most expensive bed that suited our needs. I have to say my wife and I were very impressed and what a nice change to be treated the way we were. Charlotte is a credit to your company.
