We were approached by Charlotte on entering the store in a very friendly and professional manner On telling her what we were looking to purchase she went through any problems we had with sleeping then took us through the bed testing system. She then explained each bed we tried out and gave any advice we asked for.When we had decided which to purchase she then completed the necessary sale process after offering us bottled water and apologising not being able to offer tea or coffee. We were thoroughly satisfied from start to finish and would recommend friends and family to try Dreams.

Very friendly staff, good knowledge. Took time to understand our needs and suggest products to suit. Did not feel that there was a lot of ‘sales talk’ or pushing for us to buy your products

We only really intended to pop in and have a look at what is available etc. Your store was quiet when we arrived. Charlotte your sales person greeted us straight away and was friendly and professional. Charlotte answered all our questions with confidence and was very helpful. Having come from a sales background I was impressed. She made our experience fun and although we were on a fairly tight schedule Charlotte took us through the full process including your computerised bed tester. I need say no more, we bought the most expensive bed that suited our needs. I have to say my wife and I were very impressed and what a nice change to be treated the way we were. Charlotte is a credit to your company.
