Charlotte made us so welcome She explained all about the different mattresses. We also tried them all which was great fun. I had already chosen the bed I wanted but wanted to see it in situ We had a really fun afternoon thanks to charlotte and got ourselves a lovely new bed and mattress

Dreams salesman was very helpful , sort to our needs of a complete bed , sleepmatic you find us the perfect mattress and his product knowledge was high , explained the difference etc , was never pushy like some stores are and 11/10 service , me and my wife both happy we picked dreams
