It was a very pleasant experience. Covid measures were extremely high and the staff were accommodating, friendly and helpful.

We were greeted warmly as soon as we entered the store and all the health protecting guidelines were carefully explained. We used the sleepmatch bed, which was great and fun! The store manager looked after us and he had really good knowledge and explained things very well. We had several options and lots of time and space to make our choice. The order was placed quickly and efficiently and our bed was going to be with us within 9 days - excellent.

I called the store and spoke to Charlotte. She took interest and asked. A lot of questions. We decided that I would visit the store later in the day and by the time I arrived, Charlotte had researched all the things we discussed plus more options and had everything written out to discuss with me. Her manner was clear and friendly and I didn’t feel hard sold at all. The knowledge of products was great and I felt like I was making an informed decision. Going through the order, Charlotte was super clear and never sounded bored or condescending as often happens in such places - very happy
