The store assistant, Adam, was extremely helpful. He offered help and support throughout my visit to the store but he also gave me the space to look at the different products. Next I used your Sleepmatch service to select a new mattress. This was very helpful as it can be a daunting task.

Charlotte the assistant that help us was very professional knew her job and we were confident in the product, we have purchased from dreams before so knew the high standards we would receive. Thank you Charlotte

The assistant, Adam, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The hygeine to prevent Covid was exceptional, and the crazy bed that predicts mattresses for you was pretty cool.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Allowed us to take time trying different mattresses in order for us to find the right one and also showed us other alternatives to bed styles that we liked resulting in us purchasing a new mattress and bed on the day we visited due to the staff members knowledge and time for us. As we visited on Boxing Day there appeared to be limited staff and staff members were having to deal with several customers at once however even though probably feeling slightly stressed due to the number of customers in store requiring assistance it was dealt with in a polite manner and nothing was too much trouble.

The staff member who assisted me seemed to know the products (pillows) and gave me good advice. I hadn't realised I would be able to try the product in store so that was a benefit. Covid precautions were also very reassuring.

Charlotte, the assistant who helped us, was extremely helpful and talked to us at length about our options following the 3 minute session on your test bed which showed the best mattress for us.

I telephoned to make an enquiry re how long in delivery! I spoke to Charlotte who was so helpful and friendly, I ended up purchasing a divan and came to the store a few days later to buy a mattress, also assisted by Charlotte who is fantastic, and really knowledgeable!
