Charlotte was of excellent help and very knowledgeable about the products we required. She was professional and clear making sure she recapped every item on our order making sure it was all correct before it was processed on the system.

Charlotte was extremely helpful with very good knowledge of all the products. She helped us stick within our budget and was more than happy to help us make a decision.

Staff in the Shrewsbury store were extremely friendly and helpful.

i was shopping for a new bed and mattress for my daughter who is shy around strangers but charlotte asked for her name and put her at ease.

Charlotte was most attentive. She advised us well from the moment we entered the store to when we placed the order. Nothing was too much trouble and she answered every question we had professionally and expertly.

Greeted on arrival in store, Adam was very pleasant and obviously knew the mattresses, etc very well. We did not know what mattress to choose but he explained and also mentioned the ' computerised' bed system which we agreed to use. This was very useful and a choice was given and we were able to try the mattresses. We chose one and also the tempur firm pillows for side sleepers. He was excellent throughout our visit and gave us time. He had also explained covid 19 regulations and put us at ease regarding the sanitizing after each time of trying.
