We received a warm welcome when we entered the store. Adam was extremely helpful, even though there was some technical issues with the mattress finder machine, he talked us through possible mattresses which could be of interest while getting the machine to work

The sole reason we made a purchase in that day was down to the excellent customer service we received from our server, Charlotte. Having previously been into a competitors store just before we visited Dreams, it was refreshing to receive an excellent warm welcome and friendly advice and service. We haven’t received our order quite yet but I feel confident in the advice Charlotte gave us and the care given.

As we were not sure as to which product we wanted your sales person showed us the product & dealt with us extremely well, giving us lots of product details etc
