Your company has mistaken me for someone else who happens to have the same name as me. I received an email invoice copy informing me I'd made a purchase of over 2 thousand pounds in your Shrewsbury store on Saturday. Firstly I've never been to Shrewsbury so I contacted the store asking to speak to the manager I spoke to Peter dawson i informed him a mistake had been made which he said was not possible as he had my details so following my lengthy investigation with both him and my bank a mistake has emerged I rang Peter back and he said it would be sorted yet I'm still getting emails about the purchase from you please call me urgently on 07858751016 thank Graham Brown

Changed my mind less than 24 hours after order was placed only to be told it would cost me £80 to cancel which considering the time scale involved and the lack of being told there was a penalty for cancellation I think is absolutely unfair to say the least.

The punitive charges and zero flexibility in your cancellation policy It is draconian and will undoubtably damage your high street business 14 days online and not a single hour in store to cancel an order is, quite frankly, disgusting and encourages online shopping.

I was disappointed to find out later that I could have chose free delivery if I had purchased online. This was not an option in store and due to this I would not make another purchase from a store.
