The staff were fantastic. However, when checking online for the size of the bed, I find that had I ordered on line delivery would have been free. I am therefore disappointed I was charge nearly £40.00 for this in store. It should be the same regardless of whether you go into store or order on line.

We knew exactly what we wanted/needed. The colour guide instore made it really easy. Pete was with us instore. He was a nice enough young chap. Could smile more though. He was telling us about his love for everton. Pete did make a few comments about needed are order for job security?? But all was ok and we got what we wanted wasy enough

The service was of a standard one expects but rarely gets. It was not above and beyond this standard, therefore, I have not rated it as Highly Satisfied.

Generally very satisfied. The delivery cost is rather high considering we are less than 10 miles from the store.

I do not give Highly Satisfied lightly, surveys interpret such things as as 'perfect' experience. Shopping at Dreams on 3rd January cannot be a 'perfect' experience as customer demand is high. Staff are under pressure to deal with customers/sell and on this day your computer system was very slow due to demand. My scoring is a reflection on Dreams generally - not on the service we received at this score particularly.
