The member of staff I was served by was excellent. However, the other members of staff sitting around together sniggering was a bit off putting.

Delivery time slots could be more specific. I.e half hour slots.

felt slightly under pressure at time , being watched whilst lying on bed . Need more time alone to get a feel for the beds . Maybe

The staff were excellent and very helpful. If you had a very satisfied category I would have selected that. We had looked in a nearby Dreams the day before and this store we bought from were better. Overall experience considering both stores was satisfactory.

Mainly for the use of the term ''the colleague'' in your survey, it's as if the worst superhero ever has got themselves into a spot of bother and decided to make a bit of extra money working at dreams as a sales assistant. Other than that, the service was great and the lad helping was very knowledgeable.

The sales person was great gave us info and a drink but he wouldn't leave us alone. Every 3/5 minutes he kept coming over and we felt annoyed and prrssured

the service was good but felt a little pushy when I said I will speak to my wife and come back tomorrow I was told I might not get the same deal as the other salesman was about to close a deal and the weeks target would be hit this put me off a bit when your spending this much money this does not help

Found the mattresses to be a little on the expensive side, compared to other places.

I thought the prices were high. I don't like paying for delivery especially twice for the same order
