some of the items we wanted to order were not available to be seen before we ordered. it would have been good to see it before ordering. so we left it for later time.

Your piped music was too loud and the type of music did not create a relaxing ambience for choosing a bed. I thought the prices were generally to expensive, but was satisfied in the end with my purchase and the interest free option. Although nothings for free, so I suspect that your prices include a margin to cover the interest on the loans. James at the Shrewsbury store was very helpful as was the temporary manager.

The TV bed has audio speakers built into it, I could not adjust the volume of the TV through the speakers using the remote so it appeared that the only way to do this was to lean forward from the lying position to adjust it on the speaker system directly. The assistant in the shop made a good effort to find out whether there is more information on this but ultimately we could not conclude if it really is possible to adjust the volume of the TV (when passed through the in-built speakers) using the remote. I liked the bed enough to go ahead with the purchase but now feel I should've made sure. The bed arrives this Saturday.
