When making a purchase and informed about insurance policy that can only be purchased today. These are things I like to think about and may be before delivery would have taken out

Everything in the store was great, James the Sales guys was very friendly and knowledgeable. He placed our order (Sunday), we guessed at a convenient delivery date (in store without diary) James advised there would be no problem to change the date once we get home if we realise its not convenient. It wasn't so the next day (Monday) I tried to change delivery date online - system would not allow so I called to ask for change, James couldn't do it due to system issues, gave me a number to call which I did do (he said he could call them for me but I opted to call myself in order to discuss more convenient dates), once through to Customer Services they advised that they couldn't change the date on the system at all. That the mattress had already been 'picked' and that they could not give me any other date. There is a period of 18 days between order and proposed delivery and I'm not allowed to change at all. How rigid and inconvenient after I've been told I would be able to change. Its not that I've even left it a while to try to change the date. So annoyed. We were very happy with James' service, then once handed over its all gone downhill. Your system doesn't work effectively.

It wasn't the colleagues fault but the system kept crashing while placing our order which ended up taking a very long time

No experience is perfect but Dreams staff (Pete) were a lot more helpful and approachable than bensons next door.

I was given time to browse then Adam came over offered me a drink and than asked what i was actually needing .Then he pointed out the type of bed i was looking for gave me time to try them out and explained how the bed was made. wnen i was sure of the bed i was buying i went to pay Adam was very patient and attentive . This is the second time i have used Dreams and i am pleased to say the customer service i received was much better this time and i would certainly recommend Dreams to anyone . Thank you
