Speed of finance was poor. I was made aware that the offer may not be available due to the finance not being agreed before the offer ended. I was told after the finance cleared that they would honour the deal but the uncertainty was not a good customer experience. The alternative was to pay double the deposit to start the order - I declined.

Staff member was alone so was having to juggle his time and attention between 3 sets of customers. Service was as good as possible though and he achieved as good a balance as could be expected.

We visited the store on a Sunday afternoon. Three members of staff were working. All were busy when entering the shop, we waited over an hour but no one came to speak with us. Other customers were receiving 121 service with sales staff following them around the shop. However, we appreciate that some days are just busy and we had not made an appointment. I then went on to the online chat to answer my queries, where I received a lack of knowledge and the incorrect information. The following I made an appointment to return to store during my lunch break to make out purchase, so it was all resolved in the end.
