Dreams - Shrewsbury

firstly we were acknowledged as soon as we entered the store but were left for a while before being approached. We were looking for a mattress but were overwhelmed by all the different choices but very soon with the help of Carl had managed to narrow the choice down to two. There was no pressure selling and Carl was very knowledgeable. Within 20 minutes we were paying for the mattress and also brought 2 pillows which considering we had only gone in to have a look was quite astounding! And now cant wait for it to be delivered.

I liked the idea of not being pounced upon as soon as we entered the store.We were given a short period of time to find the item we were looking for; the assistant Carl then came over and asked if he could help. We went through what we were looking for ,he was very knowledgeable in on all the beds and matresess, and pillows. We said would go away and think about and he said he could quite understand why we wanted to do this,and we shook hands. It was his attitude towards us as customers and your follow up service why we decided that your company was the one to go for.We have already told family and friends thet Dreams is the place to go for beds ect. regards Mrs S Jarvis

very friendly shrewsbury store; Pit salesman was very supportive and friendly; I enjoyed a cup of coffee offered to me by Pit; everything went nice and smooth without any pressure, but Pit was able to answer all our questions.
