Great dreams colleague . We were approached for help in a very relaxed manner . She was very helpful, listened to what we needed. She didn’t try to oversell , instead showed three options all within our price range . Check out was very quick and easy . Offers a bottle of water as it was very hot on that day .

I had a rough idea of what I wanted , explained this to Charlotte and she quickly identified 3 options for me Tried out the 3 mattress options and made a decision Cost , finance options and delivery times were explained with clarity and simplicity It was a really easy and simple process , very straightforward and handled exceptionally well by Charlotte I will be recommending the Shrewsbury store

Very pleasant young man (Wesley?) was very attentive, though not pushy, despite being only staff member there. Helped us with choices and pr9mptly took our order.

Adam, the young man who dealt with me, realised I had a slight problem with my mask. He got me to sit down and brought me a bottle of water. Once I was ok, he proceeded to explain all the pros and cons of the kind of mattress I wanted to buy, without any pressure for me to buy! He explained everything in a clear manner, and in the end I placed my order during my visit. It then materialised that he had served my daughter on a previous visit, and she was so impressed that she recommended your shop! Adam was her customer contact as well!!

Everything was very friendly and professional. My only grip is the price of beds, I could buy a decent second hand car for what is being charged for something that is probably made for double figures.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Explained what we wanted and were shown all relevant options. Great all round experience. Have shopped at Dreams over many years. Would always come back.
