Staff were very helpful and friendly bu t gave us plenty of space to choose whilst providing any information we needed. Very quick ordering once we'd chosen too.

Carl who dealt with us showed us the products and gave us time to ourselves to try the products and never preasurised us into making decisions. Everything was explained best deals were shown and overall he was genuine.

Good product, good value, helpful, friendly staff

I came in looking for a spare room bed. I found one for a sensible price. staff were very helpful and able to advise on all matters pertaining to my requirement.

Good choice and value with attentive service

Incredibly helpful yet not overpowering staff who let me make a decision based on my needs and did not in any way push me into a sale. There was a very wide selection of beds available that were all clearly different. However, i did find there was a big gap between the ones that suited us between about £300 and then over £1000, i do think this is just the way it works out though and is no fault of poor selection as the 'mid' priced ones just didn't suit us.

The young assistant (Pete) was very attentive and had a good knowledge of the product I wished to buy.

Manager who served me was very knowledgable and helpful and so were the staff.

firstly we were acknowledged as soon as we entered the store but were left for a while before being approached. We were looking for a mattress but were overwhelmed by all the different choices but very soon with the help of Carl had managed to narrow the choice down to two. There was no pressure selling and Carl was very knowledgeable. Within 20 minutes we were paying for the mattress and also brought 2 pillows which considering we had only gone in to have a look was quite astounding! And now cant wait for it to be delivered.
