Salesman Peter was very helpful but not too pushy. He provided assistance but waited until we were ready to make our purchase before talking us through the options. He did not push us towards a specific product but let us choose that which most suited us.

Aaron was very attentive to our needs and listened to what we wanted he showed us many choices of different combinations and nothing was to much trouble. Excellent service even offered drinks. We were very impressed so much we told our daughter who went next day and purchased new king size mattress from the same store.

Was asked straight away if needed any help. Was pointed in the right direction and when decided to purchase was more than helpful.

Our advisor, Pete, was very attentive and made the whole process easy. In the very confusing world of bed buying, Pete was patience, friendly and had such a great way of explaining the range of products which helps me and my good lady pick the right bed. When we had decided on what we want, he made parting with £2,000 easy. Pete negotiated supurbly, so naturally, I truly believed he understood the value of a barter. And that gave me a sense of value as a customer.

I am not an easy customer to satisfy and I asked a lot of questions about the mattress type in particular and was given very knowledgeable answers that made sense to me. I was given the opportunity to try several different mattresses to find the one that suited me most. I also received very attentive advice regarding a new headboard and was shown several types and many different fabrics. Everything about the sale was explained in a courteous way and I felt I was given real attention without being 'pushed' into a sale - all the facts I needed were given to me and then I was given plenty of time to make my own decision without feeling rushed in any way. The perfect sale!

The staff (Deb & Pete) at Dreams were excellent, they were not pushy with their sales, (which I think helped as I only went in for a mattress but came out with a new bed), in fact they went that little bit extra, (handing us some nice memory foam pillows while trying the beds) nice touch, their knowledge was good especially when asking about slated base beds and what sort of mattress could be used on them, they were there when you wanted them but they were not intruding on your space at anytime

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable; very patient and tirelessly explored the different options we were looking at; coped with numerous changes of mind with a smile; very knowledgeable about your products and ranges; evidence of good teamwork with one helping the other out when a salesman was attending to another customer; service was very important but there were good bed products that met our needs and we were pleased with the choices we were able to make. They made sure we knew about all your products from bedding to mattress guarantee. It was a good shopping experience overall.

On entering the Dreams store we were warmly greeted by Aaron who explained, in some detail, how the store was laid out and the essential differences between the various bed types. We were then encouraged to try the beds and seek assistance as and when we required. Aaron and his colleagues were on hand but unobtrusive and we were impressed by their knowledge of the products. The actual purchase transaction was undertaken very professionally and even when we returned next day to make a change to the order this was processed with the same good humour and professionalism.
