The individual who assisted us made us feel welcome, at ease and was more than patient. An excellent member of staff who's knowledge was exceptional.

We were attended to by a young man called Peter who was exceptional in his customer service. He talked us through our purchase, offering alternatives and explaining what different products offered in comparison to each other. He knew when to walk away to allow us to talk through what we needed and then returned when we needed him to. His approach was probable the best service I have experienced for many years.

Debbie the store manager who looked after use while looking for a suitable bed was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We went into the Shrewsbury store with a good idea of what we wanted and Aaron was able to assist us with all our enquiries. He made us a drink, talked to us about our needs and gave us time to consider our options without any pushy sales techniques. He was friendly, personable and knowledgeable about the products. We had some reservations about cost and considered leaving it a further month before committing to such a large purchase, but Aaron could not have been more helpful. He discussed our needs with his manager and put together a great package for us so that we could go ahead and place our order the same day. I cannot recommend Aaron and the rest of the team at Shrewsbury Dreams highly enough.

Prices were fantastic and the customer service was excellent. Extremely nice salesman who was so very helpful.

I needed to buy a double bed while your Bank Holiday offer was effective. Having looked at the larger King size and considering the relatively slight increase in price decided to buy it. I could have bought a reasonably priced but more expensive bed and mattress but my purchase was for a second guest bedroom. I was encouraged to consider a headboard as well, which I bought. Again I was pleased at the 20% discount for that.
