The staff were very pleasant but not pushy. Idid not feel under pressure to buy.They were there if i needed them

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I got an amazing deal on my new mattress and the delivery is in less than a week!

Upon entering store, help was available immediately in the person of the manageress. Friendly, listened to me carefully and took me round the store, explaining how each bed had differing qualities. Never left my side during the whole process and even gave me a cup of tea while putting things together. Gave me advice on where to find a product that was not available in Dreams at the time. Couldn't fault the service at all. Looking forward to delivery of bed.

I was very happy with the quality of help and expertise provided by your member of staff. The beds we chose seem to be very suitable for our needs. At the the beginning of our consultation it was not made clear that there would be a 6 weeks wait which is disappointing. H Thankowever in every other respect I was highly satisfied with service provided.Thanknyou.

The sales assistant was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer any of our queries to our satisfaction and did it all with a smile even though he was the only assistant in the store that day due to sickness and some staff having to self isolate.

Excellent service with full explanation of the best way to have a good night's sleep in comfort and a few dreams.
