Dreams - Shrewsbury

We were highly delighted by our experience at the Shrewsbury branch. We were greeted by Peter who guided us to what we were asking for. He was extremely helpful pleasant and knew about your products.We were offered refreshments while he put our order through which he did carefully checking with us to make sure everything was correct. Thank you Dreams we will definitely be shopping again at Shrewsbury branch . Well done!

Great member of staff very friendly and helpful

Excellent service by Arron - not over pushy with the sales - left us to test beds out but was there to answer any questions we had and make suggestions when needed. Helpful advice re pillows too. Like layout of store with easy to understand colour coding system - very customer friendly.

The staff were so friendly and very knowledgeable......very chatty and products were very well made.....I have shopped in the Shrewsbury store before and the service was wonderful then too......would recommend to anyone looking for a new bed......Wendy

Carl at shrewsbury very friendly and knowledgeable created a relaxed environment and allowed enough time to digest information and ask relevant questions

We came to buy a bed. Were shown one we liked. Tried some others. Bought the one we were first shown. Went home. It took about 30 minutes. Its hard to do better than that.

Helpful assistant, even making my partner a coffee whilst I deliberated. No pressure sales talk, just giving me the facts, and searching out the mattress to suit my stated requirements.

Pete who served me was very attentive but not untursive. He listened to my needs and took me right to what I had asked for. He was very efficient even when his terminal crashed and had to do a paper order. Please thank Pete for me.

Very pleased with Aaron and Carl at the shrewsbury store they were both brilliant and a credit to your company.
