The young man that served me was very helpful and gave me plenty of time without me feeling pressured.

The salesman was professional and not at all pushy.

colour coding the different types of mattress using pillows and throws is a brilliant idea.

we were able to walk round at our own pace without being pestered by the salesperson (Debbie). Debbie did offer us a tea/coffee which we declined and carried on walking round. When I had made up my mind Debbie very kindly offered me a display soft pillow so that I could really test the mattress as I would normally lie at home on my existing bed.

Excellent service, we saw the item online and then came into the store. Online was offering free deliver and the store honoured this. Staff friendly and helpful and explained everything we needed.
