Dreams - Shrewsbury

Peter, the salesman was very knowledgable. We've been looking for a new mattress for a long time but always walk away. He told us to try three mattresses then go from there. Process of elimination hopefully we've got the one. New mattress arrives on Wednesday. I never normally reply to feedback but my husband and I both said he was very attentive but at the same time gave us space. We didn't really need to ask any questions he had it all covered. Hope my new mattress lives up to my Dreams

Peter was very helpful and understood what it was I was looking for. I had a cup of coffee and a relax on the Tempur mattress too.

Plenty of time for me to browse also Peter was very informative with his product knowledge & answered my questions . He is a breath of fresh air as his customer service is excellent, he is a credit to your Company.

Clear descriptions and alternatives explained by Pete to enable us to make an informed choice, albeit we came to store on the recommendation of our daughter who expressed complete satisfaction with a similar product to the one we purchased.

The employee who helped us was brilliant! She found the mattress we needed immediatly and showed us the right kind of beds very quickly. We are fussy and clueless but found the bed wih no pain! We are extremely happy and cannot wait until our bed arrives to our new home!!! She wa so understanding about our impending move and was very knowledgeable about the finane we needed.
