The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and friendly. He gave us the time and space to mull things over and was there to help when we were ready to place our order. He also made us coffee!

We were served by Aaron in the shrewsbury store and we were very impressed with his help and assistance. We thought bed buying would be a nightmare and possibly end in a row but Aaron made our experience a 'dream'! His product knowledge was exceptional and he spend a considerable amount of time making sure we made the right decision without being pushy. We had our 2 year old son with us and must say other staff in the shop were very entertaining which meant we could complete our purchase in relative peace! I wouldn't hesitate on returning to the store for future purchases and will be shouting their praises to friends and family.

courteous friendly attention by staff and hospitality by way of coffee. Knowledge of mattress types. Good administration of paperwork to complete purchase and arrange delivery. As advised phone contact made for delivery time and time met. Again courteous and helpful delivery staff.
