We called into the store in Shrewsbury whilst out shopping just to have a look at what was available, while doing so we spoke to a lovely young man called Pete,who gave us all the information we needed so we decided to make our purchase there and then.

The salesman Carl was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He pointed us in the right direction for beds to suit our needs and budget and we would definitely recommend Deams to anyone looking to buy a bed.

The guy who assisted my purchase, was knowledgable, friendly - but by no means pushy. Helped me through a transaction which quite frankly I had no interest in prior to visiting the store. Now I'm excited to receive my new mattress.

Dreams staff were extreamly helpful and proffessional. Their willingness to assist me with every question was curtious and useful. I did not feel i was being pressured into my purchase. I was even offered a coffee whilst the purchase details were being explained and uploaded. A very pleasent buying experience makes all the difference.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. Carl,the very knowledgeable sales assistant was very helpful, he took the trouble to listen and made recommendations accordingly. He was polite, friendly and a pleasure to do business with. He is a credit to your store. The waiting time for my purchase to be delivered is surprisingly short, and I note that the driver will phone me on the day to arrange a 'slot'.

As I have arthritis abmnd fibomyalgia I needed adviice from the assistant in the shop. The customer advicer was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
