Carl, who dealt with our order, asked us if he could help; we explained what we were looking for and he then showed us some possibilities. He did not overdo this and, after answering our questions, he left us to look for ourselves. When we had decided on the items we liked we asked him for further information about the optional extras and, once again, he answered our questions in a straightforward way without at anytime attempting to pressurise us. He arranged delivery efficiently at a time to suit us. He was friendly,polite and well informed and he made the transaction a pleasant experience.

Both asistants were very friendly and helpful both Debbie and Aaron. Ivwas given a very welcome cup of tea. When I telephoned the next evening to change the delivery date this was done quickly and efficiently by Aaron. I will definitely visit Dreams again. Thank you.

It's a major purchase and we were encouraged to try many different mattresses after questioning to ascertain what our preference was. We were offered tea or coffee which we declined but which makes you feel like you are not being rushed and may take your time. We were also offered pillows similar to our own to simulate our own sleeping environment. We didn't feel pressured, we felt helped :-)

Pete, the salesman, took on board my specific needs and showed just what I was interested in. This avoided confusion with multitudes of alternatives.

The assistant was hugely helpful but in a very natural way. He had the correct approach not too overbearing but attentive. In fact it was his service alone which made us to decide to purchase the mattress. He was really super!!
