Dreams - Shrewsbury

Our experience at Dreams was made so easy and successful by Debbie who served us. She made us feel welcome as soon as we came into the store but at no time did we feel pressured to buy any particular item. Help with bed linen and a cup of tea were very welcome.

I was very pleased and satisfied with my visit and purchase at dreams, with the product and the lady who dealt with me.... she knew what she was talking about and me being a wheelchair user she went through it all with the bed making sure it was right for me....! We had a chat giggle and was generally very pleasant purchase and would no doubt want to be served by her again if I was to buy again from dreams.

The knowledge from the sales consultant was second to none, the store was clearly incredibly well looked after as it was prestine, I was offered a drink right away with a pillow under my head and made to feel at ease the whole way through, I will definitely be recommending the store and Debbie in the future.

Shop clean and very tidy staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

Were given time to look around and the assistant helped get our order processed very quickly as we told him we were in a rush

The lady was very pleasant and helpful I will return when I have date for house purchase is confirmed.

Staff were very efficient and we got a lovely mattress

Sales Assistant Aaron was friendly without being pushy, knowledgeable and helped us make up our mind on what to choose, the bed was an easy decision but the mattress was a more difficult choice

Knew exactly what i wanted. Great service once again as im a previous customer. Both lads in store were really helpful. I may be back to buy tv bed some time in the future. Thank you
