Pete the sales advisor was polite , patient and very informative during our visit giving us tips and advice to get the best product for ourselves. We are delighted with our purchase and the help and advice given.

I tried several mattresses, Pete listened to my review of each mattress in order to guide me towards something more appropriate. He supplied various pillows etc to trial all aspects of sleeping, and also gave me space to make a decision and wasn't forcing the 'hard sell'

By the attitude of the staff. Knew what he was talking about. Helpful, friendly but not 'pushy'.

The friendliness and knowledge of the assistant made our visit to Dreams in Shrewsbury anda pleasure. As we traveled from Wales it made it a worthwhile visit.

We recently went to Shrewsbury and visited your branch there. I thought that your products were great and very smart. We went on Sunday 6th November 2016 and the lady who helped us was brilliant. She was the real reason why we bought a bed she was very helpful. If you could thank her my name is Richard Crofts and we bought an Orleans Walnut Wooden Bed.

I was greeted at the store with a warm welcome. And was quickly asked if needed any help. A sales person Debbie n your Shrewsbury store even offers me a warm drink, her knowledge was excellent and tailored the delivery to my specific needs. She's a credit to the company.
