The salesperson was welcoming and knowledgeable without forcing himself on us. He made helpful suggestions and asked the right questions to narrow down our search. He gave us space as we tested the beds. A good experience

We found the bed we wanted online so rang up our store to see if they had it out on the shop floor so we could see it. They did so we popped in. Aaron was amazing! Me and the husband werent sure about the measurements of the room at home etc (thoroughly organised we were) so aaron was polite, patient not pushy and just a joy really. He didnt come up to us as soon as we came through the door (which can be annoying) he let us browse, probably heard me and the hubby arguing and then came over! Hahaha. Anyway, after aarons advice we went home, measured the space and placed the order over the phone, easy.Thanks!!!!

We were greeted by friendly Carl in the Shewsbury store, who was knowledgeable and efficient. We discussed options and went away to think about it, when we returned we waited to deal with Carl as he was so friendly to begin with. We were given a coffee while we waited and the sale was done very quickly. Thank you!
