Pete was very helpful and knowledgeable, he helped us to chose the right mattress for our needs.

The assistant was very knowledgeable, not at all "pushy", but easy to understand and patient. His friendly and helpful approach made the whole experience very positive and clear.

The assistant in the shop was very helpful and polite. The price we paid was very pleasing, as we arrived on the last day of their sale, and got our mattress for half price.

The experience was greatly enhanced by the courteous, informative, friendly sales representative...Carl. He was not pushy, but judged the balance between helping me and non- interference. He gave us tea and was very efficient when it came to placing my order.

The store salesman , showed us the complete range, knew his products and juggled two sets of customers at once , keeping us informed of waiting time to place order. He was looking after us as a posed to trying to make two sales at once ! His name was Pete , and he was a credit to Dreams store. He ensured we trailed the materess in a pod and knew the prices of his head. A

It was easy to find and try out our choice of mattress. The store assistant politely ask if we needed help then left us alone to look ourselves when we said we did not. Once we had narrowed down our choice he answered our questions and abily assisted us make a final decision. The perfect balance, we do not like over zealous sales techniques.

Very friendly and helpful as soon as we walked in. We were not rushed to make a decision.it also helped that the salesman had a sense of humour! Sometimes being pensioners we are not shown much patience but I have to say this young man was very respectful.

When we entered the shop, we were given time to look around without being pounced on by an assistant. The assistant was available at any time to answer our questions and give advice and we found him most helpful. He left us to try the beds out but was always within calling distance if we needed more information. All in all, we found it a very good experience.

We received good customer service, Debbie was very knowledgeable in the Shrewsbury store and have clear guidelines for choosing without a pushy sales pitch. It was a relaxed environment and we were able to take our time.
