We had support from Peter who was very polite, friendly, calm and helpful. I also liked that we could try out the mattresses and wander around to browse.

The store had exactly what we required and with the excellent help and advise from the staff it was a very pleasant purchase

Archie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, but without being pushy. And he made a great cup of coffee.

I was highly satisfied as although I knew what I wanted the member of staff was very helpful even through he was the only staff member in the store at the time. He was very friendly and also helped me out to the car with my purchase. all why questions that I had were answered and left the store with exactly with what I wanted.
