The sales assistant, Pete, was very helpful. He encouraged us to spend as much time trying the mattresses as we wished and made us a cup of tea. He gave us enough space and privacy as we tried each mattress but was equally available to help us with our queries and questions. He made suggestions on the next one to try based on our thoughts on the previous one - and successfully navigated us to a mattress that seems perfect. His knowledge of the various products was exemplary. We visited the shop on the Sunday, and delivery was arranged for the Wednesday, which is very quick. An excellent all round shopping experience from 2 people who generally loathe shopping!

Pete, was attentive without being overbearing or pushy! He was knowledgeable and delivered a high level of customer service throughout!

To answer your question posed in the email - YOU DID VERY WELL and met all our expectations. We have now received our bed and the quality of it is superb. We found the bed on your website and went to the Shrewsbury store to have a look at it. Unfortunately it was not stocked but the Manageress was most helpful and showed us the features of the sprung slats on another bed. We did visit Benson's Beds - nearby - and were frankly horrified at the high pressure sales techniques that were tried on us. It seems that they wanted no one to leave the store without making a purchase! Quite the contrary in you store where a helpful, informed and warm approach was the order of the day. We returned to the store to order the bed a few days later as an appreciation of the staff efforts for us.

Pete the sales assistant we found to be very helpful and knowledgable. We were given plenty of time to make our decision and even given a coffee, most welcome as we had driven for 3/4 of an hour to the store. At no time did we feel under any pressure to make a purchase

I have used dreams several times in the past and so I returned to them for my 2 new mattresses. MY only issue is that I will not get a delivery time until the morning of the delivery - this is not a lot of help I fully understand the need for a 2 hour window but I should know days in advance if its going to be morning or afternoon.

Karl was a fantastic ambassador for Dreams. His product knowledge was excellent and his communication skills were second to none. As a direct result of his approach during an initial visit to several stores we returned to Dreams and placed our order with Karl. He was incredibly patient, we took significantly longer than we had anticipated to make our decision on the exact bed options we wanted and Karl never once rushed us. We would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams to our family and friends and would particularly like to thank Karl and recommend him for an award if your store policy operates an 'employee of the month' or similar scheme.
