The gentleman that served me was very attentive & helpful.

If there was a rating higher than 'highly satisfied' I'd have checked that. Pete in the Shrewsbury store was brilliant - welcoming, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful but without being in our faces. He just asked the right questions and gave info which allowed us to make an informed decision. At the time the price was too much for us but because of Pete's approach the Dreams, Shrewsbury store was our only choice when deciding to buy.

Very friendly and helpful staff - they gave me the space I needed to think and try the beds out, but were immediately available when needed.

Excellent service from the staff in the Shrewsbury store. We were helped in an informative way, without being 'pushed'. Our requirements were listened to carefully. We got a cup of coffee, allowing us to relax and take time to decide on our preferred option. The delivery date was planned to our requirements and the option to return the mattress in the unlikely event we aren't satisfied has given us peace of mind. The additional one off cost for an eight year cover in the event of a problem was very good value. Well done Billy and the rest of the team in Shrewsbury.

I was helped by Carl, he listened to my needs and showed me several options, he explained about each one with enough knowledge that I understood, I was not rushed in making my desicion, I was even given a drink and was made to feel at ease.

Peter gave good advice, was knowledgeable about the products and generally very helpful without being over pushy. It's important for us to have the opportunity to test the feel of the different mattresses so that we can make the right choice.
