Dreams - Shrewsbury

I was more than satisfied with the service and friendliness of the staff at Dreams. In fact, it was a much more pleasurable experience than I anticipated. Carl, our assistant, help us with a selection of beds and he was friendly and knowledgeable.

Just the right amount of info given without being pressurised to buy.

We were fortunate to find a time when the store was not so busy and therefore the assistant was able to give us his whole attention. His product knowledge was very good and seemed to understand our needs perfectly.

The store assistant was polite and professional, the product was just what we were looking for at a reasonable price and the availability was perfect as we didn't want to wait weeks for our bed

I visited Dreams in Shrewsbury yesterday with my husband as we were considering replacing our bed. I had taken details previously of the Flaxby range. On visiting the shop Debbie the Manager welcomed us and asked if she could help. She showed us the full range and had a vast knowledge of the product. She suggested we try out the 3 qualities of mattress by lying on each. Meanwhile she asked if we would like tea or coffee to drink, a nice gesture. She then left us to try out and discuss the variety of beds. We were not pushed or rushed into a purchase and felt very comfortable to make an order on the day. Debbie discussed delivery, mattress insurance and we were very satisfied we were making the correct choice. Debbie also said that if we were unhappy with the bed comfort we could exchange it within 40 days which gave us piece of mind. Thanks Debbie.

Our experience at Dreams Shewsbury was excellent. Debbie the manager welcomed us in arrival. She was very knowledgeable of the products, she listened to our requirements and made recommendations. She left us to try out the beds then brought us tea and coffee Debbie was very personal and not at any time pushing a sale. We chose the bed we wanted and ordered there and them. She certainly went the extra mile and I would recommend Dreams Shrewsbury to friends and family.

The store manager, Debbie, was amazing. She was friendly, polite and was extremely helpful. I will definitely be recommending this store to my friends and work colleagues.
