Pete was extremely knowledgeable, polite and happy to help.

The assistant, Peter, was very helpful, knew about his products and took the time to ensure we had the product we wanted.

Pete (your representative) was extremely professional,knowledgeable and attentive without being pushy or overbearing. He gave us time to consider our options whilst always being handy to point us in the right direction. This wasn't the only retailer we went to but the representative experience was head and shoulders above the others and without question ultimately influenced our purchase decision.

Carl was very knowledgeable about the products and able to help me narrow down the choices for me based on what I said I wanted.

WE found the operative in the store namely Pete a really friendly and helpful guy who gave good advice but was not pushy. There was a wide range of beds and mattresses to choose from. It was overall a very satisfactory experience and made all the better as Dreams will deliver our goods for free to an address some 200 miles away on the other side of the country.

I already new what I was looking for and with that information was directed to the options available, it's was a hassle and stress free experience
