The shop assistant was very knowledgeable and took time to understand our needs. He also found a better deal where we got the waterproof under sheet cheaper by purchasing product insurance cover

The salesman, Carl, made himself known to us, asked if we needed help. He offered us some mattress options to suit our requirements, no pressure, just helpful. He quickly placed our order, explaining all the options. A very comfortable buying experience.
