Peter who dealt with our purchase was incredibly helpful and patient. He guided us and gave us honest and transparent advice with regards to our purchase. We visited both Dreams and Bensons and chose our purchase not only because of the item itself but also because of the service we received whist browsing, helpful and not pushy. Peter gave us genuine advice and seemed to be committed to being on our agenda. Great service

My wife and I went in with two very different opinions of what mattress we wanted. We were greeted at the Shrewsbury Store by Pete. We both explained our likes/dislikes. He gave us a great starting point and from there the directions he sent us in got our two different ideas to meet in the middle. He was friendly and helpful. Offered us drinks and we were under no pressure to buy. The store (especially Pete) made what could have been a 5 day shopping experience with several arguments into a really quick and easy decision. We had our Bed frame from Dreams last year so Dreams was our first choice to visit. Delivery was within a week and when we wanted it. Their was a promotion in as well so saved a little too! Thanks Guys.

Pete from the Shrewsbury store was attentive and gave great advice to my teenage son searching for a new mattress. Pete understood what my son was after and directed him to the best product, my son was very happy with the choice. We bought a new double bed and mattress for my son, great value and great service. Carl (store colleague) was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products we were interested in - double ottoman bed with headboard - and was able to answer any questioned we had and provide alternatives if not. we would highly recommend this store and the staff to friends and family in the future.
