The lady who served us was attentive and helpful. We were allowed to try may beds several times and each dads advantages explained sometimes more than once.

Very knowledgeable salesperson, polite and very helpful

Pete, the chap we bought our bed from was very helpful. The reason we returned to store to complete our purchase was because Pete wasn't pushy and didn't follow us round the store, but he was very knowledgable :) 10/10 for service!

I went into the store with my visually impaired husband and his guide dog. I had a few days prior been into the store to see what was available. There was a good selection. Soon after walking into store the assistant Debbie came over and answered a question I had said to my husband. She was great answered all questions we had was efficient and very friendly. Made us both coffee and carried my husbands to the seating so he didn't spill it. My only problem was choosing which mattress to order! Eventually settled on one with a memory foam top and this was dealt with easily and quickly. Very good.

Pete from the Shrewsbury store came over and greeted us warmly and politely and showed us the 5 beds to test out the type of mattress we prefer. He came back to us after a while of us lying on the beds and explained the difference which helped us make our decision knowing more about the types of springs in the mattress. We then realised we needed a duvet so Pete explained the difference between different types of duvets to us, as well as the offers which were on at the time of our visit. Overall, it was a lovely experience purchasing a bed, duvet and frame from the store with the help from Pete. Me and my partner both thought his customer service skills were excellent as he didn't keep pestering us and forcing us into purchasing from the store, but was warm friendly and polite and understood we needed a bit of advice and gave useful information.

I was served by pete who answered all my questions and always offered me more than 1 item so i could compare which always left the decision up to me it never felt pushed onto me plus tea and coffee was offered and i never felt like i was bein rushed which id already had in a different shop on tht day

Pete at Shrewsbury was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Had been in other bed stores in the area but it was a combination of his high quality customer service and the products available that brought me back to him to place an order. Would recommend anyone to go there. I will certainly return next time I need anything.
