Peter was exceptionally knowledgeable about the products, and understanding of my requirements. He was friendly, made me feel comfortable, and also makes excellent coffee. Purchasing a mattress can be a difficult decision, helped by his offering a better quality pillow, to make the trying of different products easier, and he encouraged me to take adequate time to try each one. He advised that I should try something different, to assist with some health issues, which has ended with me buying a slightly different mattress than intended, but has proved to be far more suitable for my needs. Altogether, a very impressive service, which sadly is a rarity in other big stores. Keep it up.

Helpful staff (Pete), availability and best price

Very friendly staff who understood our needs.

We had looked on Internet at mattresses before going to store! We thought we knew the exact mattress we required. When Pete came to our assistance we realised we had no idea what we really needed! We didn't actually realise that there we so many different mattresses & hopefully we will now have the perfect one for us, even though we have paid double the amount we had budgeted on! Pete & James were both very helpful & knowledgeable about the mattresses. We didn't feel under pressure to purchase one & we thank them for their patience with us!

I found the sales assistant Pete very helpful, friendly, and informative, who took time to make sure that I was happy with the bed that I chose . Pete also made me a welcome cup of coffee.

Carl in the Shropshire branch was very helpful, friendly and not in least bit pushy, but very professional.. I have been before and was remembered and would highly recommend to my friends . No long waiting about for delivery either..

This is the second time we have visited the store at Sundorne Park, SHREWSBURY and on both occasions we received excellent customer service. Unfortunately we didn't get the name of the previous sales person, but it was a lovely lady who spent a lot of time ensuring we got the product we wanted, which we have been very happy with. That was the reason we returned to the same store for our latest purchase. On the latest occasion, we were advised by 'Pete' a very very pleasant young man , who was very patient and knowledgeable and happy to ensure we got the product we wanted. Both of these staff members should be congratulated on their customer service ethos, and willingness to spend time with awkward customers like us!!!

The staff member was extremely helpful and took plenty of time to ensure all our needs were met.
