Store was clean and tidy, wheelchair and mobility scooter accessible, so made trying out mattresses much easier. Pete, our Shrewsbury store assistant was approachable, warm, friendly, open and honest. Overall we are extremely happy with our shopping experience and our new mattress and protector.

The gentleman left us to look so we were not pounced upon. Then he asked us if we needed help which was a delight. I'm a disabled lady and he understood my needs as far as he could. The computer was slowish but he chatted away and was very friendly talking about local things etc Whoever gave him the job chose the right person and he will go far.

I came into the store with little or no understanding of what I really wanted. The assistant spent time with me explaining the different types of mattresses and I tried them all. As difficult as the decision is the assistant was both patient and informative and applied no pressure so that I could make up my own mind with ease. After spending an hour in the store there was one clear mattress that I liked and kept returning to. The knowledge regarding the mattress and the makers and the specifications were impressive. Ultimately I bought the mattress and the divan and headboard as displayed.

We were shopping for a new mattress as ours needs replacing. Being disabled I was using my wheelchair, and found I could navigate the store with ease. The store was bright, clean and tidy with product information clearly visible. We were approached by a Store Assistant who introduced himself as Pete and asked if he could help us. We explained our needs and he paid careful attention. He then guided us through some different options and we decided on a Tempur Cloud mattress with a matching pillow for myself. I was able to try out the beds easily thanks to the space available between beds. Pete was approachable, warm, friendly, open and honest with a great sense of humour which we really appreciated. His product knowledge was excellent and on his recomendation we also purchased a Tempur mattress protector. Overall we are thrilled with our new mattress, can't thank Pete enough for all his help. He is a brilliant Store Ambassador and we are very happy with our shopping experience.

The salesman was informative and helpful without being pushy. He made us feel relaxed and gave us the information we required to make the right decision for us. He ildid not rush us but made cups of coffee and the kids were entertained by the toy lorries. He suggested we look at pillows too and although we did not intend to buy 4 new pillows we are extremely pleased with them. Excellent customer service and buying experience. Thank you.

I thought the level of service was excellent . When my wife and I entered the store and browsed around looking at matrasses the sales staff did not approach us immediately which was nice , we had an idea of the type of product we wanted and had narrowed it down to about 4 options ourselves , a member of staff asked if they could help and he assisted us with our eventual choice .

Pete, our assistant was welcoming and very curtious. He demonstrated a sympathetic and understanding manner with no trace of heavy sales pitch. He guided us through the choices of matteresses and allowed us plenty of time to make our choice. Pete offered suggestions on how to select the best mattress and allowed us privacy to make this choice. The atmosphere of the store was calm and we felt at ease while deciding upon our choice. Throughout the actual purchase everything was explained clearly to our satisfaction and we came away happy in our choice but also aware that We had 40 days to be absolutely certain that we had chosen the right level of comfort.

Pete, the sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeabe and went through each stage of purchase with clarity making the purchase pleasurable. He even made the three of us a hot drink. He was easy to get on with and made our bed buying experience a lot easier than I would have thought.
