When we came in we were spoken to immediately even though both staff were busy with other customers. When James was available he dealt with us speedily and with little fuss. Very pleased with our experience so far.

The young gentleman I delt with was so helpful and very knowledgable about every thing I asked him he showed me everything I wanted to see and left me alone to test out beds . He was such a lovely young man his name was Pete and I would certainly deal with him again when I go back to order my new bed I was offered a hot or cold drink which was lovely I had a very nice experience Thank you Mrs p speake

It was the efficiency and product knowledge and the understanding of our needs that impressed us greatly. We had made a friend at the end of our visit and knew that our best interests had been the prime consideration. Well done Carl.
