Carl was alert to people entering the store and inquired if one wanted help in a no pressurizing way. he was extremely help, encouraging me to try them out and supplying a new pillow to lie on while trying them out. He discussed the pro's and cons and one really felt that he was concerned about finding the product that best suited my needs he was ready and able to answer all my questions in an informative manner. Once a decision was made he ensured I was comfortable, organised a lovely cup of tea and sorted the paper work out in an efficient manner. I had been dreading this feeling it was a minefield but I came away happy,confident and look forward to the arrive of my new mattress and remove of my old one.

The assistant was knowledgeable about the products, quickly grasped my needs and was not pushy when I said I wanted to think about it. He printed me a quote, gave me a leaflet and when I had gone home thought about it and measured up I ordered over the phone with no trouble.

I asked for assistance, and was given all the information and choices I needed by a friendly and knowledgeable member of staff. Very pleased with the quality of the products and can't wait for the delivery of my new bed.

The attitude of the sales assistant was great, he approached me but not in pushy way and continued to be quietly available during my choice and offering options, making coffee and generally being an excellent sales person. The only thing I cannot comment on, of course, is the bed until I receive it, but your 40 day return policy is encouraging in this respect. It was late in the day but still nothing was too much trouble.

The sales assistant that assisted me was very helpful and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the products and nothing was too much trouble. He was quick and efficient when he was processing my order too. The whole experience from start to finish was an enjoyable experience and thoroughly recommend Dreams to anyone .

Pete, the sales person, was really courteous, polite, knowledgeable and patient. He is an excellent ambassador for your Store. He offered a hot drink whilst I was testing the mattresses, offered different solutions to get the exact bed and pillows I needed. Just such a joy to visit the Store again, (bought Tempur mattress and suite in recent years and the service is still as good as then.
