The Dreams member of staff wasn't pushy but informative. He gave us enough space to make our initial choices without a hard sell which I have experienced and disliked in other retailers. He then helped with the questions we had, which helped us narrow down the choices to the right mattress for us.

The politeness of the staff and I refer to James who was very helpful indeed. Every help was offered and assistance given in finding what we were trying to purchase. The bed Ect where of a high standard. Thank-you to all the staff at the Shrewsbury Branch. Well done. The young man who helped us throughout from start to Finnish was James who was very good indeed. I therefor felt the need to thank him personally, which I did.

Was met by Carl as we entered the store he was very good as we had the kids with us. Helped us find the right bed for us

The service was very good. We visited the Dreams store in Shrewsbury and the store manager (I forget her name) could not have been more helpful and attentive to our needs.

The man who works in the Shrewsbury store immediately asked if we would like assistance or if we would like to browse. We asked for help and we gave him a broad idea of what we had in mind. He showed us lots of different types of beds. With the mattress he ensured as im disabled I had enough pillows to try the mattresses as I would sleep at home. His friendly manor and knowledge put us at ease and we found that he didnt make us feel uncomfortable trying the mattresses out. It was purely because of this employee I decided to buy my new bed and mattress from dreams as I had seen a similar bed at another store.

We found the salesman very knowledgeable he was able to point us in the right direction and was able to talk us through the various types of beds without being pushy. All the information we required was available and cups of tea whilst completing the paperwork

Fantastic service. Both assistants were vry friendly and helpful but did not push you into a sale but gave you space to think about what you needed. Knowledgeable about the products and also advised on buying a bed which other places did not. Will definitely return when I need to replace another mattress.

The salesperson was knowledgeable, personable and friendly and was able to advise us on our choice of matress.
