Your Sales Team were so helpful and none pushy, made it simple to choose the right mattress for our needs, listened and nothing was too much hassle, quick transaction too. Peter served us and was a really calm and nice person.

The lady we dealt with was the most friendliest we have ever dealt with when purchasing a item it was like talking to a friend. But she was still proffesional and highly effecient in taking our order

This visit provided an opportunity to discuss the different properties of Tempur Mattresses. We were guided very carefully through the differences and suitability of each type of mattress. We were very satisfied with arrangements for the delivery of the new mattress and the disposal of the old mattress.

Got seen straight away. Was aware of what we needed and price we could pay. shown us what available dates we could have delivered and suited our needs to everything we required and some good information on what we didn’t already know. Highly recommended store will be visiting again soon once we have the funding to do so. Thanks.

Entered the store, was seen to instantly and as I already knew exactly what I was shopping for we sat down and placed the order within 10 minutes. I was offered a drink whilst we filled in the paperwork and had a good chat with Pete who processed the order. There was nothing negative about the experience. I had two questions referencing lighting and shelving and he knew the answer to one and promptly found the answer to the second. Good customer service.

We were seen by a lovely salesman Pete, who was very knowledgeable about the product we were interested in and listened to our particular needs patiently and sympathetically guiding us to our (we hope) perfect purchase that we are very delighted with and excited for its imminent arrival. We even purchased pillows that we hadn't even envisaged doing but having tried them out with the bed and mattress we loved. He also made an excellent cup of black coffee for me which, as my husband will tell you is not easy! So 10 out of 10 to Pete and the service Dreams gave us.
