Staff super helpful, explained everything about the bed we wanted to buy. Took all our details and ordered everything we needed. Everything was done professionally and hopefully delivery will be on time.

Staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable. He listened to our needs and helped us find the right product. We went in looking to buy just a mattress but came out having bought a whole new bed and bedding set. Price was very reasonable .

From the time we entered the store, until we left, having made our purchase, staff were attentive and friendly. Excellent product knowledge and customer service skills were demonstrated. The store seemed well-presented and organised. Store colleague able to take time to identify our purchasing requirements; the store was quiet at the time of our visit. Our purchase did exceed our opening budget, but we felt that the quality/choice of products would meet our needs and that after sales support was available, if needed.

Good lay out of the store and very clean the people there were very friendly and answered all my questions . Very good customer service and he knew a lot regarding the beds. I'm very happy that I choose Dreams his name is Karl .
